SHOPPING with FEMINEA SKinLAB IS EASY

Start by logging in by clicking on "Log in/Register" in the top right corner.
If you are a new customer with us, click on the same icon but choose "Register now" instead. Your username is automatically your social security number that comes via your BankID. The easiest way is to directly register as a member and you will get access to any discounts and our newsletters.
Then just start clicking around in the different categories for "HEALTH TESTS" or "HOME TESTS" in the menu at the top. Here you will find our entire range. There you will also find various questions that many people have about health tests.
Click on a product to get more information on specific product details. You can also read more about each health test in our Academy

Go to the shopping bag in the top right corner and click on "To checkout".
You must be logged in to make a purchase and it is also protected behind your BankID.
We use Klarna as checkout. Klarna has a number of different payment options and you can also buy in installments.
Then click on "Confirm purchase".
When it is ready, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address.

Our clinic receives your order and we start an internal process to deliver your order, which in short means that our doctor, via our administration, produces a referral in your name.
It takes approx. one business day to complete a referral. Depending on our load, you will receive the referral on the same day or the next day (weekdays excluding weekends). You will be notified by e-mail.
With the referral, you go to the nearest clinic for your blood test
After a few working days, usually max. 6 days, we will send you the result
